In the Sovereign operation of the Spirit of God upon mankind, there is the apprehending of those who He chooses to become part of His specific workings for this day. I Peter 2:9 Diaglott Translation declares, “…you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for a purpose; that you may declare the perfections of Him Who called you from darkness into His wonderful light.” In every age He has those whom He has selected, that are drawn out and beyond the normal course of this world and places within them a Divine call, a sense of destiny which must be fulfilled. And this grace results in the formation of a new race, a chosen generation, a people for a purpose, a new creation species, which become the declarers of the perfections of Him Who called us out of darkness and into His marvelous light.
“Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall…” (2 Peter 1:10).
To establish the Kingdom of God in the hearts of men and thereby changing their lives (Luke 17:21).
Breaking through religious philosophies and revealing the Christ within (Colossians 1:27).
Our individual destiny is found in our corporate identity, and thereby creating a Kingdom community (Psalm 133:1-3).
“That I may know Him, and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being made conformable unto His death…” (Philippians 3:10).
“That they all may be one; as Thou, Father, art in Me, and I in Thee, that they also may be one in Us: that the world may believe that Thou hast sent Me. And the glory which Thou gavest Me I have given them; that they may be one, even as We are One…” (John 17:21-22)
